Who is the tenant? City Rooms becomes your tenant, who takes all of the contractual responsibilities. We have been trading since 2009 and have proved to be a very successful and reliable flat share business.
The contract length is between 3-5 years. We can often start our agreement within days of making contact, and the first rent payment, together with the deposit, is made upon signing the agreement. Your property can be furnished or unfurnished. Details will be stated on the agreement.

Payments are made by standing order or other, at your preference.
Absolutely none. You get the full monthly rent, and we do not charge any management or administration fees. There are no hidden costs or commissions.
We offer a fixed and guaranteed rent scheme for 3-5 years and no void periods.
We will meet all the legal costs related to rent collection and your rental income will not be affected during any such period.
Approximately three months before the end of the contract we will contact you with the option either to renew the contract or have the property returned to you.
We include a free weekly cleaning service in our package of benefits and a 24/7 repair and management service, so your room is always at its best.
We include a notice for regular inspection in our tenants’ terms and conditions, and this will be conducted every three months.
We will organise gas and electricity documentation.
We will return the property to you in the same condition as when we took it on, subject to wear and tear. If there are any maintenance issues, we will deal with them as soon as possible. If the tenants damage the property or the property is accidentally damaged, we will take the necessary legal action at our cost.
